Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email donald@mineraltechholdings.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting an approved return. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card company may require additional time to post the refund.
